Soft and puffy rava poori is a delicious and healthy Indian bread usually served for breakfast

Ingredients

Rava/ Sooji 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil
Water

Method

In a bowl, mix rava, salt, 2 tsp oil, water and knead well
( Note : Dough needs to be tight for pooris)

Rest it for one hour and knead it further

Make equal sized balls from the dough and roll them using a rolling pin

Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the flattened discs on both sides

Hot pooris are ready to serve.
