Healthy Dry Fruit Laddu😋
Recipe Process👇
♦️Add 1 tbsp of ghee into a pan. Add 1/2 cup of chopped almonds and roast for a minute. Add 1/2 cup of chopped cashews and fry it for a minute.
♦️Add 1/4 cup of walnuts and 1/4 cup of figs and roast them for few secs. Add 2 tbsp of chopped pistachios, 1/4 cup of melon seeds, 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds and roast until crispy.
♦️Flame off and add 1 tbsp of poppy seeds and 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut powder and mix it well.
♦️Add 2 cups of qyno dates and grind smooth paste.
♦️Add 1 tbsp of ghee and add dates and soften the paste on low flame.
♦️Add roasted nuts and seeds into it and combine well. Add 1 tsp of ilachi powder and mix it well. Flame off.
♦️Make laddu when the mixture is warm.
