Peak Week Full day of eating — 4 Days Out 🔥

Only 5 days left for my first Natural Bodybuilding Show (WNBF) — and this is my lowest calorie diet ever.
Just 1200 calories and 150g protein, completely vegetarian & low carb 💪

It’s also Diwali today — Happy Diwali to everyone 🎆
Tomorrow, I’ll be leaving for Mumbai — so this is my last day in Ahmedabad before the big stage.

Here’s my Full Day Peak Week Diet 👇🏻

Meal 1: Breakfast

200g Low-fat Dahi
1 scoop Whey Protein

Meal 2: Lunch (Paneer Rice)

150g Low-fat Paneer
45g Raw Rice
(Salt strictly limited to 7g per day)

Meal 3: Pre-Workout

200g Low-fat Dahi
1 scoop Whey Protein

Workout:
Low volume, machine-based training — focusing on fatigue management and avoiding injury at such low calories.

Meal 4: Dinner / Post-Workout

25g Soya Chunks
150g Low-fat Paneer

Total Macros:
Calories — 1200 kcal
Protein — 150g
Carbs — 95g
Fat — 25g

This week is all about discipline, precision, and mental strength — every gram counts now.

This is very low in calories, so I am following it for 7 days only. Carbs are very low and not sustainable for normal life.
This is the lowest calories of my life just to achieve stage level conditioning. Low-calorie, low-carb diet. High protein, low-carb, vegetarian diet.

The goal: step on stage at my absolute best and sharpest 💥
