📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil

– 1/2 cup of skim milk
– 6 oz / 170g plain nonfat yogurt (about ¾ cup) (https://youtu.be/ngyufhP9Cfs)
– 1/4 cup of olive oil
– 3 tablespoons of chickpea flour or oat flour
– Salt, chives and black pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon of baking powder
– 1 oz / 30g light mozzarella cheese for gratinating (about ¼ cup, optional)
Bake at 360ºF /180 ºC for approximately 25 minutes.
Yields 8 servings, each with approximately 154 calories, 9g of carbohydrates (2.5g of fiber), 7g of protein and 10g of fat.
