Welcome back to Multitasking Mom! 💕
Today I’m sharing a quick and authentic Karnataka-style Gojjavalakki — also known as Huli Avalakki or Tamarind Poha.
It’s a tangy, spicy, and slightly sweet dish made with beaten rice (poha), tamarind, and jaggery — perfect for breakfast, lunchbox, or an evening snack!
This easy South Indian recipe takes just 15 minutes to make and needs only a few ingredients.
No onion, no garlic — yet full of bold flavours.
💡 Tips:
✅ Use thick poha so it doesn’t turn mushy.
✅ You can pre-mix the dry ingredients and store for instant breakfast!
