Veg Tawa Frankie

Ingredients
1) Half Cooked Roti / Chapati – 2
2) Cumin Seeds / Jeera – 1 tsp
3) Green Chilli / Hari Mirch – 1 Chopped seedless
4) Capsicum / Shimla Mirch – 1 sliced
5) Onion / Pyaz – 1 Sliced
6) Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder – 1 tsp
7) All Spice Mix Powder / Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
8) Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder – 1/2 tsp
9) Salt – As per taste
10) Dry Mango Powder / Amchur – 1/2 tsp
11) Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
12) Oil – 1 tbsp
13) Cottage Cheese / Paneer – 1/4 Cup Grated
14) Clarified Butter / Ghee – For roasting
15) Pizza – Pasta Sauce – As required
16) Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya – A handful
17) Cheese – As required
18) tsp = teaspoon
19) tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions
1) Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, onion, capsicum and salt. Mix well and saute it for one minute on high flame.
2) Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala and dry mango powder. Mix well and saute it.
3) Now, add paneer and mix well. Turn off the flame. Add cheese and coriander leaves. Keep it aside.
4) Take half cooked rotis. Apply pizza pasta sauce. Now add prepared stuffing vertically to the centre of the rotis. Sprinkle cheese and coriander leaves. Roll the rotis to make complete rolls.
5) Meanwhile, heat the tawa. Place the frankies on the tawa and roast it. Apply ghee to them. Flip it to roast from all sides till they become crunchy.
6) Once done, take them out on the serving plate. Cut them from the middle.
7) ‘Veg Tawa Frankie’ is ready to be served.
