Ingredients:
Fresh Methi/Fenugreek Leaves – 1/2 bunch
2 Medium sized Onions
1 Inch Ginger
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1 bowl curd
1 tsp Haldi/Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder (Coriander Seeds dry roasted and crushed into Powder)
Salt to Taste
1Tbsp Ghee
1tsp Oil
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
2 Red Chillies
2 Tej/Bay Leaves
Water as per consistency.
Have it with Rotis/Parathas/Rice.
