• 2 cup Suji (Semolina)
• ½ cup Curd (Dahi)
• ½ cup Water (adjust as needed)
• 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 small Carrot (grated) – optional
• 1–2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 small tomato ( finely chopped)
•. Some fresh green 🫛peas
• 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
• ½ tsp Red chilli powder
• ½ tsp Cumin seeds
• ½ tsp Eno/Fruit salt (optional, for softness)
