🍫 INGREDIENTS
2 ripe persimmons
1½ tbsp cocoa powder
Honey, as per sweetness
Cocoa powder & strawberries (for topping)
👩🍳 RECIPE
Peel the persimmons, remove the outer cover, and cut into pieces.
Add them to a blender with 1½ tbsp cocoa powder and honey.
Blend into a smooth, thick mixture.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Demould and dust with cocoa powder.
Top with strawberries or any fruits you like.
