Healthy Kala Chana Salad for Workout
Ingredients
– half bowl kala chana, soaked overnight
– 1 onion
– 1 tomato
– half cucumber
– 1 carrot
– 1 beetroot
– cabbage
– black pepper, black salt, normal salt, lemon juice
– fresh green coriander
Instructions
– pressure cook kala chana for 4-5 whistles
– add diced onion, diced beetroot, shredded carrot, cabbage, diced cucumber and diced tomato
– add 1/2 tbsp black salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp chat masala and normal salt as per taste
– add 1/2 tbsp red chilli, lemon juice and freshly chopped coriander
– mix well
