Ingredients for Namkeen daliya
( serving- 4 persons)
1 katori daliya (approx 100gm)
1 carrot
1 small bottle gourd
1/2 capsicum
50 gm green peas
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Note.. Use water 4 times to quantity of porridge.
Ingredients for Milk Porridge
( Serving 3-4 persons )
50 gm Daliya
200 gm milk
200gm water
A pinch of salt
Dry fruits to garnish
Note… Sugar to sweeten ( optional)
Ingredients for Gud ka Daliya
(Serving 5 persons )
1/2 cup broken wheat (Daliya)
1/2 cup Gud (jaggery)
10 Almonds
10 cashews
10 raisins
4 tsp desi ghee
