In a food processor or blender, blend for 2 minutes:
-2 cups ice
-water or coconut milk to desired texture
-1 teaspoon of a good salt like sea salt
-2 tablespoons cacao powder
-a few drops chocolate stevia
-dash of cinnamon
-1 scoop protein powder (I’ve been using eggnog, chocolate or vanilla protein powder, and make sure it doesn’t have sugar, artificial sweeteners, etc. in it – like this:
Top with unsweetened coconut flakes, cacao nibs, chia seeds, or any other crunchy item of your choice.
