Ingredients:
š„Ā Steamed PeanutsĀ ā ½ cup
š„Ā CucumberĀ ā ½ cup, chopped
š§ Ā Onionā ¼ cup, finely chopped
š Ā TomatoĀ ā ¼ cup, finely chopped
š„Ā CarrotĀ ā ¼ cup, chopped
š„¬Ā LettuceĀ ā ¼ cup, chopped
š¶ļøĀ Green ChilliĀ ā 1 tsp
šæĀ Fresh CorianderĀ ā 2 tbsp, chopped
š§Ā SaltĀ ā to taste
ā«Ā Black Pepper PowderĀ ā ¼ tsp
šæĀ Mixed HerbsĀ ā ¼ tsp
š¶ļøĀ Tamarind SauceĀ ā 1 tsp
šĀ Lemon JuiceĀ ā 1 tbsp
šÆĀ HoneyĀ ā 1 tbsp
š¢ļøĀ Mustard OilĀ ā ½ tsp (optional, for extra flavor)
š„ØĀ Mixture (optional)Ā ā as needed for crunch
Method (Short & Crisp):
1ļøā£ Steam or boil peanuts and let them cool.
2ļøā£ Chop cucumber, onion, tomato, coriander, carrot, lettuce.
3ļøā£ In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
4ļøā£ Add salt, black pepper, green chili, mix herbs, lemon juice ,honey and mustard oil
