Chicken tikka sandwich ❤️

Recipe:
1. Add 1½ cup of cubed chicken to a bowl with 2 tbsp tikka masala seasoning, 1½ tbsp yogurt, salt to taste and mix well until combined (add 1 tsp red chilli powder if you prefer spicy). Keep aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is fried and slightly crisp.
3. Mix 2½ tbsp yogurt with 3 grated garlic, 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp pepper powder and salt to taste until combined.
4. Spread the yogurt mixture on a bread slice followed by the fried chicken and chopped lettuce. Heat 1½ tbsp olive oil in a pan and toast both sides of the sandwich until crisp and golden. Serve hot and enjoyy!!
