So I’m back again on UIFAR with a Healthy, Tasty & Marvellous Recipe of Daliya Upma.
Goodness of fibres & lots of Veggies cooked in a very little butter makes it a wholesome meal for Weight loss, Breakfast & Tiffin Box.
Ingredients:-
1cup/250gms Daliya/Broken Wheat
1+1/2tsp Ghee/butter
1/2tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2tsp Cumin seeds
1/2tsp Chana Dal
1/2tsp Urad Dal
2 Dry Red Chillies
10-15 Fresh Curry leaves
1tsp crushed Ginger-Garlic
1tsp chopped Green Chillies
2medium chopped onions
1tomato chopped
1/4 cup green peas
7-8 french Beans
1/4tsp Turmeric/Haldi powder
1/4tsp Red Chilli/Lal Mirch powder
1/4tsp Coriander/Dhania powder
Salt to taste
3-4cups Water
Fresh Coriander leaves
