Hello everyone,
Today am back with another healthy, nutritious and easy recipe that just took around 20 mins from start to finish. It is peanut chaat. It is protein packed, rich in healthy fats, good source of fibre and antioxidants. I could say that this is bowl of happiness and could be beneficial as post workout recipe for vegetarians. The recipe is super easy. Just boiled peanuts by adding salt and to the boiled peanuts I added onion, tomatoes, grated carrot, grated coconut, chillies, coriander and mixed well. To this added lime juice. I didn’t add any extra masala, oil or anything additional. Every spoon was filled with the blended natural ingredients and it was super awesome. Being a vegetarian, I have to see my protein source and this option ticks every option that I look for. I make this weekly once for all of us.
