Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1. Rice flour- 1.5 cup
2. Jowar flour- 3/4th cup
3. Besan- 1/4 th cup
4. Coriander leaves- 1 cup
5. ginger- 1 Tsp
6. Green Chillies- 5 no.
7. Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
8. Turmeric- 1/2 Tsp
9. Cumin powder- 1 Tsp
10.Coriander powder- 1 Tsp
11.Salt
12.Methi leaves- 1 cup
13.Dil leaves- 1 cup
14.Spring onion- 1 cup
15.finely chopped Onion- 1 cup
16. Oil
Serve Thalipeeth with Curd Or Red Chilli Chutney
