Ingredients:
1 avocado.
2 eggs.
Blend the avocado and eggs.
20 grams grated mozzarella (optional)
Black cumin for sprinkling.
Sesame seeds for sprinkling.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C or 350°F.15-20 minutes.
400 g chicken breast.
1/3 teaspoon red pepper. (paprika)
1/3 teaspoon turmeric.
1/3 teaspoon dried garlic (you can use fresh garlic)
1/3 teaspoon garam masala.
Salt to taste.
40 ml olive oil.
Bake in an air fryer at 180°C/350°F. 14-15 minutes.
It can be prepared in a pan or in the oven.
100 g cream cheese.
Lettuce leaves.
You can add anything you like.

Ingredients:
200 g. cottage cheese.
1 teaspoon erythritol (optional)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
25 g. protein of your choice.
Pistachios for sprinkling.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
