These healthy, high-protein tacos made with paneer and rajma are super tasty, filling, and completely guilt-free.

Ingredients:
For the Taco Filling:
Paneer – 1 cup (mashed)
Boiled rajma (kidney beans) – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Chili flakes – ½ tsp
Garlic – grated (1 tsp)
Fresh coriander leaves – a small handful

For the Wrap:
Whole wheat chapatis – as required
Oil or ghee – for shallow frying
For the Yogurt Salad Spread:
Thick yogurt (hung curd) – ½ cup
Grated carrot – ¼ cup
Chopped cucumber – ¼ cup
Lettuce – a few leaves (chopped)
Coriander leaves – little
Salt – to taste
Chili flakes – ½ tsp
Sriracha sauce – as required
