To Make Dough
Wheat Flour – 1 1/2 Cups (Buy:

To Make Egg Mixture
Egg – 4 Nos
Salt – 1/4 Tsp (Buy:
Chopped Onion
Chopped Green Chilli
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Finely Chopped Coriander
Method:
For Chapati:
In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt and oil.
Gradually add warm water to this mixture and prepare the dough.
Knead the dough for 5 mins. Let it sit for 10 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls and keep them aside.
Dust the rolling surface with a little flour and place the dough ball.
Roll out the chapatis thinly and keep them aside.
For Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, crack open eggs and add salt, onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander to them. Whisk the egg mixture and keep it aside.
For Egg Chapati:
Heat a Tawa and place the rolled out chapatis.
Smear a little ghee on both sides when the chapati starts getting brown spots.
Keep the chapatis aside.
Add ghee to the Tawa. Once it is hot, pour 1/4th cup of egg mixture and spread it evenly.
Place chapati on the egg mixture and gently press it.
Serve the Egg Chapati hot.
