I used to be a notorious nighttime snacker. Like, dinner → pantry → snacks → snacks again 😅
So I tried something different:

Now I eat:
• Breakfast between 11–12
• Lunch around 4
• Dinner around 8
• Bed by 11
And here’s the wild part — I’m actually full from dinner, so the pantry doesn’t even call my name anymore 🙌
