Pintola high protein oats recipe

Ingredients

pintola high protein oats (40gm)
Milk (150ml)

Toppings
Peanut butter (1tbsn)
Fruits of your choice ( 1cup)
Nuts or seeds of your choice (1tspn)

preparation

In a pan boil 150 milk for 5 min then add 40gm of pintola high protein oats for 3 min and serve it with your favourite toppings.

butter
seeds and nuts – 1 to 2 gm
