500g (1.1lb) – Lean Beef Mince
1 tsp (3g) – Smoked Paprika
½ tsp (2g) – Garlic Powder

4 – Eggs, Whole
8 – Egg Whites
¼ Cup (60ml) – Milk

400g (14oz) – Spud Lite Potatoes, Small Dice
