PB&J chia yoghurt pots

4 x 160g yoghurt pots (I used vanilla Activia)
4 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tsp sugar-free berry jam
50g sugar-free dark chocolate
2 tsp coconut oil
Sea salt flakes, to sprinkle

Pour 1 tbsp chia seeds into each yoghurt pot. Stir well. Top each with berry jam and peanut butter, swirl using a spoon. Then, place chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave on high in 40 second increments until melted, stirring often. Spread equal amounts of melted chocolate across the 4 pots. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in fridge until set. Makes 4
