High Protein Broccoli Palak Malai Tikka 🥦💚

If you love malai tikka but want a healthier, high-protein twist — this Broccoli Palak version is a must try. Perfect for weight loss, muscle building, or just clean eating!
Ingredients-
For the Green Malai Marinade:
1/4 cup spinach (blanched)
70g low-fat paneer
1–2 green chillies
4–5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp feta cheese
1 tbsp hung curd
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 medium broccoli (cut into florets)
For the Crunchy Onion Salad Toss:
1/4 sliced onion
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp oregano
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp olive oil
Method
1️⃣ In a blender, add spinach, low-fat paneer, green chilli, garlic, feta cheese, hung curd, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice.
Blend into a smooth, creamy paste.
2️⃣ Coat the broccoli florets evenly with this green malai marinade. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes for better flavor absorption.
🔥 Air Fryer Method
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3–5 minutes.
Place marinated broccoli in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
Flip halfway for even cooking.
Slightly charred edges = perfect!
(You can also pan fry on medium flame until golden and cooked.)
🌿 Final Twist
In a bowl, mix sliced onion, coriander, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Toss the hot tikka into this crunchy onion salad for an extra flavorful kick.
