Green Gram Salad Recipe (Healthy & Protein-Rich)
Ingredients:
Green gram (whole moong) – 1 cup (soaked overnight & boiled)
Cucumber – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 small (optional)
Carrot – ½ cup (grated)
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped, optional)
Lemon juice – 1–2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp (optional)
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Method:
Boil soaked green gram until soft but not mushy. Drain and cool.
Add chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, and green chilli.
Season with salt, pepper, chaat masala, and lemon juice.
Mix well and garnish with coriander and peanuts.
Serve fresh as a healthy salad 🥗💚
