• Rice 450 g weighed raw than cooked I use the same cup and use double the water

Stage 3 Big Mac sauce ⬇️
• Yogurt 450 g
• Mayo 120 g
• sugar free ketchup 120g
• Mustard 60g with 36g pickle juice

Stage 4 combine

Your beef and onions are cooked add the following ⬇️
Add your
Rice
300g chopped tomatoes
5 chopped pickes
1 entire bag of reduced sharp cheddar cheese

mix this up and place in the nine meal prep containers
