Today we make puffed rice namkeen which is very easy to make. Murmura namkeen is healthy and crispy tea time snack. So follow the recipe below.
Puffed rice namkeen
Oil – 2 tsp
Peanuts – 1 cup
Roast until crisp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Puffed rice – 3 cups
Roast until crisp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Red pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Roasted peanuts
Mix well
