Ingredients:
Veggies of your choice
(I used tomato,green chilli, capsicum,corn,onions)

Cheese:
(I used amul cube and amul diced)
Paneer(optional)

For dough:
Sooji/Semolina
Oats (plain Quaker will be better)
Whole wheat(optional)
Baking soda(optional)

Pizza sauce:
Ketchup,tomato puree,red chilli powder,chilli flakes and orageno,sugar

Other requirements:
Pan(non-stick)
Glass cover for pan
Flipper
Pizza cutter
Mixer (grinder)

Method:
Take 3 spoons of Oat Flour and 2 spoons suji,this ratio should be maintained
Let it rest for 15 minutes

Meanwhile
In a bowl take 2 tbsp tomato puree
Add 2 tbsp ketchup
Add red chilli Powder
Add chilli flakes n oregano(optional)
Mix and deep freeze

Heat up a pan on medium high flame for 5 minutes
Add the mixture
Spread it evenly to form a thin crust
Add oil after holes appear
Flipp
Spread pizza sauce
Add first layer of cheese
Add vegies
Add second layer of cheese
Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes

Ready to serve!
