1 medium beetroot, grated & squeezed
• 1 small carrot, grated & squeezed
• 2 boiled potatoes, grated or mashed
• ½ cup grated paneer
• 1 green chilli finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp jeera (cumin) powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 2–3 tbsp besan
• Ghee for shallow toasting
👩🍳 Method
1. In a bowl add grated & squeezed beetroot and carrot.
2. Add boiled potato, paneer and green chilli.
3. Add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, black pepper and besan.
4. Mix everything well until it forms a soft dough-like mixture.
5. Shape into small round tikkis.
6. Heat a tawa, add some ghee and toast the tikkis on medium flame.
7. Cook both sides until golden brown and crispy.
