Ingredients
70g low-fat paneer (chopped)
2 slices high-protein bread
1 tsp oil
2 tomato slices
2 onion slices
Salt & pepper
Sauce of choice (1 tsp / 8g)
Method (Under 10 Minutes)
Chop paneer into small cubes.
Cook in a Prestige Ceraglide pan with minimal oil.
Add salt, chilli flakes, and oregano. Mix lightly.
Spread sauce on bread slices.
Layer paneer, tomato, onion, and cucumber.
Close, slice, and enjoy.
