How to perfectly cook quinoa

Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa
2 cups of water
(It’s always 1:2 ratio)

Method :
1. Wash and rinse the quinoa well. Keep it aside.
2. In a pan, add 2 cups of water and rinsed quinoa. Let it boil once.
3. Cover the pan, simmer the flame and let it sit for 12-15 min. You can check after 12 min, if there is water let it get absorbed properly.
4. Turn off the flame and let the pan stay covered for another 2-3 min. Uncover the pan and fluff with fork.
