Cottage Cheese Pizza Toast

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Sour Dough
½ Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
30g of Low fat Mozzarella
4 Tbsp of Pizza Sauce
½ Serving Turkey Pepperoni
Italian Seasoning blend
Chili Flakes
Instructions:
1. On two slices of sour dough, spread the pizza sauce and sprinkle on your seasoning of choice, I used Italian seasoning and chili flakes
2. Add the cottage cheese on top and sprinkle on the low fat mozzarella.
3. Place the pepperonis on top and bake in the air fryer or oven at 350F for 8-10mins and enjoy!
My recommendation is to season the pizza sauce prior to spreading it on the sour dough. Many pizza sauces straight out of the packaging sometimes need a bit of salt or sweetness to balance out the tartness. Season to suit your flavor palette.
