Ingredients:
Rice paper
Seaweed sheets (nori)
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Seasoning (salt, chili, peri-peri, etc.)
Method:
Lightly hydrate rice paper (just until flexible).
Place seaweed sheet on top.
Brush with sesame oil, add sesame seeds + seasoning.
Roll tightly and slice into rounds.
Air fry at 180ยฐC for 6โ8 mins till crisp.
