Healthy & simple 5 min paneer bhurji & chapathi for breakfast, dinner or lunch box recipe preaparation method:- Heat pan, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, green chilli, onion saute till soft. Add capsicum, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder saute. Add grated paneer, salt saute for 3 min, cut off heat.
For chapathi:- In a bowl add 2 cups wheat flour, salt, 1 tbsp oil, mix well, add water, make soft dough. Cover it & Leave it for 30 min. then divide the dough into equal size balls. Then roll out into thin chapathi. Heat iron tawa, pour 1 tbsp oil, place raw chapati, cook till light brown. Then remove it from pan, serve hot with paneer bhurji
