This Holi, I made a high protein Kunafa using crispy sevai baskets and a creamy coconut orange filling — and it has approximately 30g protein.
If you’re searching for a healthy Holi mithai, high protein Indian dessert, or an air fryer festive sweet, this recipe is perfect for pooja, family gatherings, or anyone who wants a lighter alternative to market mithai.
This homemade Kunafa:
– Is air fried, not deep fried
– Has controlled sugar
– Is protein-rich
– Looks festive and premium
– Is easy to prepare at home
