In this video, we show you some breakfast ideas that you can take on the go! Here are 3 healthy and easy egg breakfast ideas. These are great to make in bulk and take on the go!

INGREDIENTS/ INSTRUCTIONS:
👨‍🍳EGG PANCAKE👨‍🍳
-Cooking spray
-18 eggs
-1/3 cup milk
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
-1/2 cup sliced red peppers
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-Bread, avocado and parsley, for serving

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 12″x17″ rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray, line with parchment paper, and spray again.
2. In a blender, blend the eggs with the milk. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Pour the egg mixture evenly on the sheet pan and top with the bell peppers, mushrooms, shredded cheese and chives.
4. Bake the eggs for about 12-15 minutes, until they are set.
5. Allow the eggs to cool for a few minutes, then cut the eggs into 12 equal pieces.
6. Serve on a toast with mashed avocado and fresh chives, if desired.

👨‍🍳EGG WHITE CUPS👨‍🍳
-2 Cups Spinach⁣
-1 Roma Tomato (Diced)⁣
-2 Cups Egg Whites⁣

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Separate eggs into a jug, keep going until you get about 2 cups worth of egg white. Make sure to save the yolks for other recipes!⁣
3. In a muffin tin, place an equal amount of spinach and diced tomato into each section.⁣
4. Pour the egg white in, filling just below the top.⁣
5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like – chilli powder and mixed herbs work great!⁣
6. Bake for 15 minutes, until the cups have risen, and started to brown at the edges.⁣
7. Remove the cups from the tray using a sharp knife around the edges.⁣
8. Serve and enjoy!

👨‍🍳CHEESE OMELETTE SANDWICH👨‍🍳
-2 Eggs
-1/4 cup of onion
-1/4 cup of tomato
-1/4 tsp chili flakes
-salt
-2 slices of low fat cheese
-Bread

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Heat frying pan and add 1 tsp of oil.
3. Add 2 slices of cheese to the omelette.
4. Fold sides in and flip!
5. Place omelette between two slices of low carb bread.
6. Add 1 tsp of butter to the frying pan and cook to a light brown crisp.
