Method
1. Prep the Base:
• Heat a non-stick pan.
• Spread grated paneer in a thin circular shape, like a dosa.
• Cook on medium heat until golden and slightly firm.
2. Add the Tikki/Patty:
• Place the tikki/patty in the center of the paneer circle.
3. Optional Toppings:
• Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chutney, or sauces as desired.
4. Wrap It Up:
• Carefully fold the paneer over the tikki/patty to make a wrap.
• Serve hot immediately.
