MUSHROOM MASALA
INGREDIENTS:
For masala powder ( coriandar seeds 3tbsp,red chilli 5 to 6,black pepper 1/2tbsp,cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp,cinnamon stick 2,cardamom 4,cloves4,)
For masala paste ( onion 2,tomato 3,cashew 10 to 15, ginger 2inch,garlic 12 cloves)
Saute 2 capsicum, 1onion cube shaped)
Oil 4 tbsp
Butter 1tbsp
Mushroom 600g
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tspn
Water to adjust gravy
Salt as required
Kasoori methi 1tspn
