Ingredients:
-1 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt (240g)
-1.5 Cups Self Rising Flour (180g)
-2 Tsp Salt
-2 Cups Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese (224g)
-24 Slices of Turkey Pepperoni
-12 Tbsp Pizza Sauce (180g)

Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F and grease muffin tin.
2.) Mix yogurt, flour, and salt into dough; divide into 12 and press into tin.
3.) Bake 10 min, top with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
4.) Bake 8–10 min more until golden.
5.) Cool and enjoy.
