This is a healthy and delicious recipe for lunch or dinner. It is easy to make, cheap, nutritious, low in calories and low in carbohydrates. It can help you lose weight healthily. 📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 1/2 medium cabbage
– 1 onion
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 1 large cauliflower

Bake in the oven at 360° F / 180° C for approximately 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings, each with 186 calories, 14g of carbohydrates (8g of fiber), 9g of protein and 10g of fat, approximately.
