Healthy Weight Loss Salad in 5 Minutes
Ingredients
For the Dressing:
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoons salt (adjust to taste)
For the Salad:
• 1 cup shredded carrot
• 1 cup shredded cucumber
• ½ cup sliced red bell pepper
• ½ cup sliced yellow bell pepper
• ½ cup sliced onion
• ¼ cup fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves
Method
1. In a bowl, combine the chili powder, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
2. Add the shredded carrot, cucumber, sliced bell peppers, onion, and coriander leaves.
3. Toss everything well until evenly coated with the dressing.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
