* Warm water + pinch of salt
* Knead into soft dough, rest 15 mins
* Roll thin and cook on hot tawa

* 200g paneer (crumbled/strips)
* Capsicum + onion + tomato
* 1 tsp oil, cumin seeds
* Turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, salt, coriader powder, pav bhaji masala
