The easiest high-protein chicken meal prep you’ll make this week 🍗🍚

This is my delicious Marry Me Chicken meal prep (no heavy cream) served with cilantro lime rice, and it’s perfect for lunches or quick dinners all week.

Chicken:
Cube chicken breast and season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and all-purpose seasoning.
Cook in hot oil until fully cooked.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and mix.
Pour in ½ cup chicken broth and let it simmer until the flavors come together.

Turn off the heat, then mix in fresh spinach until it wilts.

Cilantro Lime Rice:
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
Season with salt, pepper, juice of 2 limes, and fresh chopped cilantro. Mix and serve.

Perfect for weekly meal prep bowls or an easy dinner.
