Today I’m sharing some simple and healthy breakfast choices from my kitchen. your balance breakfast can include fresh fruits, nuts, whole grain bread, and a warm drink. In this video I show some of my favorite options such as fresh cantaloupe, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, whole grain wheat bread with the strawberry 🍓 jam or Concord grape jelly, blueberries, and dates.

For drinks, you can choose from green tea, instant coffee. such as Narasu’s coffee, Nescoffee Gold Blend is my favorite too. American coffee varieties are too many such as Folgers, Maxwell coffee ☕ and so on.
For instant tea 🍵 ☕ you can find some Top 6 Tea Types such as hibiscus tea, Peppermint tea, Chamomile, pomegranate tea, and Matcha. I like all the green teas and also Lipton tea.
I like tea bags & coffee bags and it is easy to prepare. Also, you can use machine like a brieville coffee maker or Microwave.
