Recipe:

1. Dry roast oats, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds for 3–4 minutes on low flame. Let them cool.
Blend everything into a coarse powder.
2. Add dates and blend again till the mixture starts binding.
3. Add a little milk only if needed.
4. Press the mixture into a lined tray.
5. Pour melted chocolate on top and spread evenly.
6.Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes.
7. Cut into barfi pieces and serve.
