Ingredients to make high protein chickpeas salad:-

Main ingredient:-

1 Cup Cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup lettuce
1 tomato
1 Capsicum
1 carrot
1 red onion
2 tbsp sweet corn
1 tbsp pomegranate

For dressing :-

Salt to taste
Red pepper to taste
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin
1/2 tsp all Purpose spice
8 Raw Almonds
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
3-4 tsp low Fat Yogurt
2 tsp lemon juice

For garnishing :-

3-4 tbsp cooked Quinoa
Some curry Leaves
1/3 Cup Fresh chopped coriander

Method to Make chickpeas salad / Chole salad :-

Mix all the main ingredient in a large bowl
Add all the ingredients listed under dressing in a grinder and make a paste
Add the dressing into the main ingredients
Garnish with cooked Quinoa, curry Leaves and fresh coriander
Your healthy high protein salad is ready to serve.
