CRISPY AIR FRYER CHICKEN BITES
No deep frying, barely any oil, and still perfectly golden and crunchy, this is your quick 20-minute chicken fix.

Ingredients:
– 250-300g boneless chicken (cut into small cubes)
– 1 egg
– ½ cup breadcrumbs (I’ve used brown bread crumbs, use white bread preferably)
– 2 tbsp flour
– 1 tsp garlic powder (or minced garlic)
– ½ tsp black pepper
– ½ tsp chilli powder/paprika
– Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and chilli powder for 10-15 mins.
2. Set up 3 bowls: flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
3. Coat chicken → flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
4. Place in air fryer, lightly brush/spray oil.
5. Air fry at 190°C for 12-14 mins, flipping halfway.
(Make sure to preheat the air fryer)
