High Protein Yogurt Bowl Dessert

Super simple to make and unreal

What you’ll need:

✅ 200g 0% Greek yogurt
✅ 110g banana
✅ 15g walnuts
✅ 15g honey
✅ 10g dark chocolate chips
✅ Cinnamon to taste

Method:

Slice the banana and caramelise it in a pan with honey and cinnamon for a few mins (flipping when it feels right)

Add your yogurt to a bowl

Top with the banana, walnuts, chocolate chips.

Done. Eat immediately. No faffing about
