Makes 1 pint, 6 points (including toppings)

1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon vanilla syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup vanilla protein shake
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes
Rice cake schotcharoos:
Makes 8 servings, 2 points each

4 plain rice cakes
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla no sugar syrup
2 tbsp lite syrup
4 tbsp no sugar dark chocolate chips
S’mores rice cakes:

1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp cocoa pb2
2 tsp no sugar s’mores syrup
3 caramel corn rice cakes
3 tbsp no sugar dark chocolate
3 tbsp marshmallow bits
Frozen chocolate raspberry bites:
Makes 15 bites, 2 points for 1, 3 points for 2

1 bag (about 3 cups) frozen raspberries
1 tsp vanilla no sugar syrup
2/3 container (about 125g) vanilla Greek yogurt
100g no sugar dark chocolate chips
Rice cake puppy chow:
Makes 3 servings, 4 points each

3 plain rice cakes
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
